Community Future: Make A Submission

Our club has become aware that, apparently Te Puru Community Center could be struggling for future funding unless they receive enough supporting Submissions from the community at large.
Te Puru Centre will make a submission for funding, what we need to do is make submissions to help back that up i.e. we want to ask the board to have Recreation Centres as a priority in the community. We want to help advocate Te Puru's funding request to ensure the centre is kept alive and hopefully expanding what they can offer to the community.
Here is the Franklin Summary Plan and link to make a submission online. If you read the current plan there is no mention of recreation facilities been a priority in the area.
Unfortunately we don't have much time – submissions are due by 8 August.
