BMAFC v Waikato Unicol in Chatham Cup

The 84th running of the ASB Chatham Cup gets underway with a qualification round on April 25 and the draw has given Western Springs a chance of revenge on Easter Monday.

Springs, the sole Lotto NRFL club contesting the Preliminary Round of the competition, will host Kerikeri AFC at Seddon Fields two years to the day Kerikeri knocked Springs out of the 2009 competition with a 2-1 victory at the same venue.

Meanwhile, the two entrants from the AFF Championship, Beachlands Maraetai and Pukekohe AFC, entertain opposition from the Waikato Bay of Plenty Federation as Beachlands travel to Waikato Unicol and Pukekohe hosting Tauranga Boys College.

AFF Division 3 side Clevedon FC make the trip south to West Hamilton United.

Two of the three entrants from the Auckland Sunday Football League, Bohemian Celtic and Internationale, will square off preventing at least one from emulating previous runs into the last 32, while perennial giant killers Mt Albert Grammar School will travel to meet Old Blues in Tauranga.
